Lee Wahl
Lee has been litigating business and real estate disputes for over 20 years. His expertise includes litigation involving commercial and real estate contracts, secured and unsecured loans, real estate title and liens, corporate and partnership disputes and dissolution, debt collection, unfair competition, trade secrets and insurance coverage. He handles matters in state and federal court and in arbitration and mediation.
Lee formerly practiced with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Donovan Leisure Newton & Levine. He is a member of the Litigation Section of the California State Bar. He received his B.A. from Williams College and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
Jay Rockey
Since 1987, Jay has been actively representing clients in real estate, business and trust matters. He regularly counsels clients who are buying or selling commercial properties and often the businesses associated therewith. Jay forms entities through which our clients own their business and real estate assets. This can also serve to protect our clients’ assets from other liabilities. Jay also counsels clients in the ongoing management of those businesses and real estate assets. Finally, Jay forms trusts for our clients and their families to serve their estate planning needs.
Jay was formerly a real estate partner with Sidley & Austin LLP and also practiced at the Los Angeles office of Donovan, Leisure, Newton & Irvine. Jay serves as trustee to one of the Getty family trusts. He is a member of the Real Estate Section of the California State Bar and is also a member of the Arizona State Bar. He received his B.S. from the University of Utah and his J.D. from California Western School of Law.
